Where is my order?

You can track the status of your order by logging into your account and click on my orders. Once you have selected the order that you wish to track you will be able to see if your order has been received by mrphome, If it has been shipped to you and if it has arrived at the store of your choice. If you selected a courier delivery option, then you will also be able to track whether the order has been delivered to the address that you have chosen.

We will also send you e-mails and/or sms's to advise you on the progress of your order. You can also pop in to any mrphome store to get an update on where your order is, or you can call our call center on 0800 212 535.

We can deliver your Furniture to your chosen address using an Economy delivery service. This will be delivered to you by a courier, and it will take between 5-7 working days to get delivered to you.

*Working days are excluding weekends and public holidays.

**Orders placed to outlying areas may potentially be delayed. Should this occur, one of our agents will contact you and keep you updated along the way.

Can I return any merchandise?

Yes homeware can be returned to store or via courier, furniture and large homeware items can only be returned via courier and not to a store.
