Our Distribution Centre, depot and fulfilment partners have implemented stringent procedures to ensure this is the case. Yes, you can return any merchandise in-store. However, we are unable to issue an exchange for an item if it is non-essential. In this case, you can make an exchange for an essential item, get cash back or a voucher to the value of your return. Please remember to bring your original proof of purchase with you when exchanging goods.

Good news! We've introduced new Scan to Pay which is a fast, easy, contactless way to pay in-store. We have many ways to pay when you visit our stores:

Yes, you will need to register for an online shopping profile, this will make your experience more personal and convenient. If you are not ready to create an online profile, you may select the Guest Checkout option. In this case, you will not be required to enter any of your personal details, except for the minimum amount of information we require to deliver your purchase and stay in contact with you. After you have completed your guest checkout, you will need to create an online shopping profile for any future purchases.

Simply click on the "Sign In / Register" link on the top right hand side of your screen. Then select REGISTER, and if you are a new customer you will need to enter some basic information - it is really quick and easy and you only do this once. And don't worry, we will not share your personal details with anyone, and we will not contact you if you do not want us to. Your information is also safe with us, as we subscribe to the strictest security standards meaning your information is safe from anyone who is not authorised to see it.

It is really easy! From your mobile phone or your PC you can register with us. Then simply navigate around our site and choose the items you want to purchase and add them to your shopping bag by clicking on the "ADD TO BAG" button. Some items may require you to select your colour and size. The next step is checkout: You will be prompted for your delivery option and you can then choose your preferred payment option (see payment options for more info). Once you have completed your purchase we will then send you an e-mail to confirm that your purchase has been received by us, we will also keep you informed on the status of your order along the way.

There are two ways to find what you're looking for:

  1. You can select the category that you want to shop in (Furniture, Bed & Bath, Home Décor, Eat, Kids & Baby) or by sub-category (e.g. couches, sheeting, curtains, dinnerware). Once you have selected the merchandise you wish to view, you can sort it in a number of ways by using the filters. For example, you can sort from lowest price to highest price, size, colour and shape making it easier to shop. You can also choose how many items are shown per page as well as how many items are shown per row.
  2. You can type in what you are looking for using the search icon (magnifying glass) at the top middle of the page and we will show you any merchandise that relates to your search criteria. Our online store is separate from our physical stores, and as such, items that are available online may not be available in-store or vice versa.

Unfortunately there may be times where items may be displayed as available, however due to timings of other orders being placed this may result in your items ordered being out of stock. You will be notified via email or called to confirm your final order.

It's really easy! Simply follow the easy steps by clicking on the Gift voucher link. You can choose the value of the voucher you want to send. The voucher will be emailed to who you want to send it to and you can even personalise the voucher with a note from yourself. Once the recipient has received the voucher, they can redeem it by entering the unique voucher number and reference number into the Use your gift voucher area of the checkout page. Of course you can. Simply enter the address of the person and their name when you select your shipping option (you will need to select the Courier option to do so).

Simply select the merchandise that you wish to buy by adding it to your cart and then proceeding with your checkout. On the Payment page you will be given the option to enter your voucher and reference numbers. Make sure that you enter them correctly, click on Apply Voucher - and then you are done! The gift card value will automatically be deducted from your purchase value. You can then top up your purchase with another payment type like your Mr Price Money account or a credit card, if you need to.

It's really easy. Select the merchandise that you wish to purchase by adding it to your bag. Once you click through to your bag, you can enter your coupon number into the field provided. Make sure you enter the code exactly right, click on Apply Coupon - once you have done so the coupon terms will automatically be included in your transaction.

We can deliver your Furniture to your chosen address using Economy delivery service. This will be delivered to you by a courier and it will take between 5-7 working days to get delivered to you.

No, we do not deliver outside the borders of South Africa.

We deliver anywhere in South Africa to your chosen physical address or Mr Price Home store (excluding furniture).

Should the customer's residence be more than one story or a flat above the first floor, to which access is limited or the item is likely to be damaged if carried through the access points, then the item will be delivered to the lift or stairwell opening on the bottom floor only and further movement of the item will become the customer’s responsibility from that point forward. However, should the customer require the item(s) to be carried higher than the ground floor, the customer may engage with the courier in this regard. An agreement will then be in effect, between the customer and the courier. Mr Price Home will not be held responsible for any losses or damage incurred, once the agreement between the customer and courier, is agreed and signed.

You have two options to return your order:

  1. Return via store: You can return it to your nearest Mr Price Home store free (mrpricehome.com purchases only accepted at Mr Price Home stores, purchases from mrprice.com will only be accepted at Mr Price stores, purchases from mrpricesport.com will only be accepted at Mr Price Sport (conditions apply). This is the easiest method. Note furniture can never be returned to a store, it can only be returned via a Courier.
  2. Return via courier: you can complete the returns form provided with your order. You will need to package your return and insert the return confirmation page into the package (you can either print the return confirmation online or you can fill in the printed one that we sent you with your order).
  3. If you choose option 2 you will need to pay for the cost of the return. You will not need to pay the courier directly, we will deduct the courier cost from your credit.

Returning your order to any one of our stores is totally free. If you choose to return your merchandise using our Courier service, we will advise you on the estimated cost of the return when you are processing your return online, as the cost will vary depending on your location. The cost of sending the merchandise to us will then be deducted from your refund amount. Furthermore, we do not refund delivery costs, no matter how you chose to return your merchandise.

You can only return your mrpricehome.com order to a Mr Price Home store, your mrprice.com order to a Mr Price store, your mrpricesport.com order to a Mr Price Sport store. For your nearest store, use our store locator service online.


Note: furniture cannot be returned to a store, it can only be returned via a Courier.

Yes you can, but do note that we will not accept responsibility for anyone who receives your order at your chosen address, that is not authorized to do so.

The Courier will make an attempt to call you and arrange a date and time that is suitable for you to receive your delivery. After a second delivery attempt the Courier will return your order to Mr Price Home, and you will be credited for your purchase minus the cost of delivery and the cost of returning the package to us.

If you return your merchandise to one of our stores, we will credit you immediately as follows (subject to our Returns Terms and Conditions):

If you purchased using a credit card or a cheque/debit card we will refund the card that you used. Please make sure that you bring the card that you used to purchase your merchandise with you so that we can process the credit for you, failing which we will have to issue you with a Gift card to the value of your credit.

  • If you purchased using your Mr Price Money account, we will credit your account or issue you with a Gift Card to the value of your credit;
  • If you purchased using cash, we will credit you with cash or we will issue you with a Gift card to the value of your credit;
  • If you purchased using a Gift card we will issue you with another Gift card to the value of your credit;

Note: You will need to bring your proof of purchase with you (you can either print this from your account profile online or you can bring your delivery note that would have been included in your delivery parcel).

If you return your order via the Courier, then:

  • We will only process your credit once we have received and processed your return. This may take up to 14 days.
  • You will only be credited for the merchandise that you have returned if it is in the same condition as it was when it was delivered to you. We will not refund you the delivery cost, and the return cost (in the case of a courier return) will be deducted from the value of your credit.
  • If you purchased using a credit card or a cheque card we will refund the card that you used.
  • If you purchased using your Mr Price Money account, we will credit your account or issue you with an electronic Gift Card to the value of your credit;
  • If you purchased using cash, we will issue you with an Electronic Gift card to the value of your credit;

Yes homeware can be returned to store or via courier, furniture and large homeware items can only be returned via courier and not to a store.

You can only initiate a return online once your order has been received. For mixed basket orders you will have to wait for both orders to be delivered before you can cancel or initiate a return online.

You can change your event date by logging into your profile online, going to the gift registry page and clicking ‘MANAGE REGISTRY’. This will take you to your registry list where you can click “EDIT” for your selected registry and then simply change any details from there.

Your guests are able to view and shop from your online gift registry if it has been set up online. Unfortunately, if the gift registry was created in store then your guests will not be able to access and purchase from it online. You can forward your guests your online gift registry number and they can go to the gift registry page and enter the number in the search field to locate your registry and shop from it.

We advise customers that this can happen due to the seasonal nature of our business and the high product turnover. To avoid disappointment and to minimize the risk of things becoming 'unavailable' while the list is 'live', we suggest that customers set up a list no more than 8 to 10 weeks before your event. While every effort is made to ensure availability, we cannot guarantee this.

Only unspoilt and undamaged goods that are in their original packaging may be exchanged. Please refer to our standard Returns policy.

Unfortunately, if a guest decides to purchase a gift from a store (when your gift registry was created online) this will not be recorded on the gift registry and therefore other guests will not be able to see that the gift has already been purchased. We advise all guests to purchase from a gift registry in the same manner as it was created i.e. if it was created in store please shop from it in store and if it was created online please shop from it online, to prevent duplicates. Our online and store gift registries are two different systems and there is no integration between the two.

No, unfortunately if you created your gift registry online it will only be accessible online for you to amend and view and for your guests to shop.

All Mr Price Home stores offer a gift registry service (the store gift registry service is not however accessible online). The store and online gift registry are two different systems. If you decide to create a store gift registry then it will only be accessible in stores and if you create an online gift registry it will only be accessible online.

Unfortunately, as of the 6 September 2016 our online and store gift registry systems are completely separate and if your gift registry is created in store it cannot be accessed online and vice versa.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer a gift wrapping service currently.

you’re the business is a loyalty membership offered to small and medium businesses in South Africa. Membership is awarded based on an approved application.

Click on the you’re the business link at the footer of the home page, on the left. You will need to complete and submit an application for approval of the membership. Terms and Conditions apply.

You will receive 5% discount off every purchase from R2000 – R9999 and 10% discount off every purchase R10 000 and over, per transaction.

It usually takes 1 week from the time you apply until you receive notification whether the membership has been approved. PLEASE NOTE: You will need to have or create an online shopping profile so that we can change your status to a you’re the business member to allow the discounts to be added to your profile.

Once you have an online shopping profile and you have received notification that your membership has been approved you can shop online immediately. However, you will need to wait approximately two weeks from the approval to receive your membership card to allow you to shop and receive discounts in Mr Price Home stores.
