1. How does Click + Collect delivery work?

All you need to do is add your favourite homeware items to your bag, proceed to checkout and then select Click + Collect Economy. Once you have selected this option, you can then select your nearest and most convenient store where you'd like to collect your order from. It's that easy!

2. How long will Click + Collect delivery take?

Click + Collect Economy delivery takes between 5-7** Working Days.

3. How do I know when to collect my order?

We'll let you know via email as soon as your order arrives in your selected store. Then simply take your order confirmation email with you and ask a friendly team member at the cash desk to collect your ecommerce order.

4. Anything I need to know about payment when shopping online?

Yes! There are five payment options:

1. Credit card
2. Cheque or debit card (only eCommerce enabled debits cards are currently supported.)
3. Your MRP Money account
4. Instant EFT (Electronic funds transfer) will transfer funds immediately after checkout and your order will be processed accordingly.
5. Using an electronic MRP Gift voucher
